Stem wall pour, Sept. 10 2007
The same family crew for this pour. We formed the stem walls using ICFs (Insulated Concrete Forms), a super energy-efficient & self insulating form. Next weekend we'll start framing the floor system- stay tuned.

hey guys... so what is the advantage of an insulating form? (is that a stupid question?) do you leave the forms in when you are done? or does it help the curing process? let me know...
